Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard®, Maestro®, and bank transfers (IBAN provided during booking).

Rate Types

1️⃣ Standard Rate

• 1st night charged at booking
• Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
• If cancelled 61+ days before arrival → 1st night is non-refundable
• If cancelled within 60 days → full stay is non-refundable

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

2️⃣ Non-Refundable Rate

• Full amount paid at booking
• No refunds on cancellation or modification

No-Show / Early Departure

100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
