Where is Villa Anica Dubrovnik located?
In a peaceful historic neighbourhood a short walk from Dubrovnik Old Town, at Baltazara Bogišića 21, 20000 Dubrovnik.
How far is it to the Old Town and the beaches?
About 8 minutes downhill on foot to Pile Gate (550 m). The nearest beach, Šulić, is about 5 minutes away, Danče about 8, and Banje about 20 through the Old Town. The walk back is uphill.
Do you offer parking?
Parking is available at a public garage nearby (Ilijina Glavica). No reservation is needed and charges apply.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Early or late options may be possible; please ask us in advance.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included, but it can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Do you have a swimming pool?
No, there is no swimming pool.
Is an airport transfer available?
Yes. We can organise a private airport transfer on request at an additional cost. Contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Is the property family-friendly?
Yes, families are welcome. Some rooms can take an extra bed; please send your request in advance.
Do the rooms have Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes. All rooms have free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private bathroom and modern amenities.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer two rate options:
Standard Rate (partially refundable)
- First night charged at booking (non-refundable)
- Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
- Cancellation at any time: the first night is non-refundable
- Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: full charge
Non-Refundable Rate
- Full prepayment at booking
- No refund on cancellation
